Not sourdough – yeast is used for this recipe. But still contains nutritious seeds. Hönö is directly inspired by the bread Hönökaka originating from the Swedish island town Hönö in Gothenburg's northern archipelago. We obviously had to go to Sweden to find a brand which Swedes like. Chrisbakery has applied its magic twist to enhance quality, taste and health. Hopefully you will like it!
